 Iris Pinder is a Certified
Personal Trainer who believes in providing personal training to fit
your lifestyle. Multisport Fitness can offer a variety of personal
training services to aid in achieving your top performance by
working with your lifestyle.
Over the past 6 years, Iris has
been blending her unique approach to lifestyle training for weight
loss, weight maintaining and toning for a variety of clients. Her
customized running programs for marathon, half marathon, 10 km, and
5 km are very successful for weight loss, fat burning or overall
fitness. Her specialization in injury recovery and more importantly
injury prevention is a key component to reaching your athletic
goals.
Iris is certified under Mount Royal College, CSEP, as
well BOSU and Pre/Post Natal Training. Iris is a former ballet
dancer of 14 years and jazz dancer of 8 years.

Llew Edwards - Personal Fitness Trainer |

Llew, a true athlete comes to MSF with a world of experience. A member of the Canadian National Bobsled Team and a former Olympic trials competitor in jumping events. Llew earned a Bachelor of Sience degree from Ottawa University and coached and played semi-pro football for the Ottawa Bootleggers!
Llew is wowing members with his strength and cardio work outs as well as his awesome run work-out sessions! Llew has taught a bit of everything - Hip Hop, Strength Training, Cardio, and Core and Abs.
His many years of experience includes training and coaching professional and amateur sports in CFL, NFL and university domains. Additional highlights include:
- Head Trainer for Sturgeon Valley Athletic Club
- Former speed conditioning coach for Ottawa University football
- Former athletic coach for Capital City Track Club
- 3 years as head Trainer with leading Alberta Athletic Club.
- Trained Ottawa University Football team in speed and conditioning techniques.
- Specilaizes in tae-bo, general strength, Cardio funk and cycle Reebok.

Matt Schneider - Personal Fitness Trainer |

Matt Schneider is a recent
graduate from Mount Royal Colleg's Personal Training Certification
program. Matt is a well-rounded and knowledgeable personal fitness
trainer with a multisport background. Matt is ready to “dish out”
out the toughest monthly challenges!

Jennifer de Cocq - Personal Fitness Trainer |
Jennifer is the sole proprietor of JdC
Fitness, a contract based company specializing in the delivery of
fitness, yoga, pilates and FusionFitness classes as well as small
group and individualized personal fitness training and coaching.
Jennifer has been involved in the fitness industry for over 29 years
instructing, designing and implementing fitness programs, managing
facilities, providing fitness workshops and events, training Fitness
Leaders and has experienced international exposure.
She is a
certified fitness professional with AFLCA, YOGA Alliance, CanFitPro,
Gravity Training Systems, TRX, Precision Cycling and Pilates and
Master Trainer for FusionFitness. She has completed numerous
1/2marathons, marathons, several ½ Ironmans and Ironman Canada.
Jennifer co-facilitated the University of Calgary Honolulu Marathon
Training program for 11 years and continues to coach both in the
program and for private clients. She is primarily based out of
Heavens Fitness for Personal Training but also provides training and
Fusion Fitness class instruction to a wide variety of active
interested clients through out Calgary.

Sarah Long |
Sarah Long joins the Multisport Fitness team with a keen enthusiasm for health, fitness and wellness. Sarah has over 10 years experience as an athlete participating in sports such as basketball, soccer and cross country running. She brings her knowledge of sports specific training to each session with her clients for high energy and intensity. She has experience training clients for weight loss, running, toning and muscle building, and improving overall health.
In addition to her sport experience, Sarah graduated with a from St. Lawrence College in 2000 with a Police Foundations Diploma, and has completed 2 years at Mt. Royal University, studying Business and Entrepreneurship in Sport and Recreation. Sarah achieved her Personal Training Certification in 2004 and Nutrition & Wellness Certification in 2008 from Can-Fit-Pro. Sarah stays updated with current trends through constant education.
Sarah is owner of Calgary Corporate Fitness, and works with companies to design and implement incentive based fitness and wellness services. Sarah writes weekly blog articles which you can check out at here.
Sarah says,"Helping companies implement workplace fitness programs allows us trainers a chance to educate health prevention on a much larger level.
