Just under five months ago under strict orders from my M.D. I joined a local gym here in the Wollongong area. By sheer good fortune, luck or fate I was assigned to aPersonal trainer Kyle Morrison,and the rest they say is history. In five months I have shed seventeen kilograms and lost four inches from my waist, and greatly reduced my body fat content.
More importantly though is that through Kyle' s training regiment I have not only reduced but stabilized my medical conditions that warranted my life style change, which included:
- *Critically high blood pressure
- *Over active heart and pulse rate
- *High cholesterol
- *Above normal sugar levels
I along with my M.D. truly attribute these spectacular results to Kyle' s professionalism, enthusiasm, expertise and genuine concern for his clients.
For me though Kyle' s unique gift is his amazing talent to shake things up, and to always create new and varied workout sessions. Repetition and complacency are defiantly not in Kyle's vocabulary.
Kyle has not only guided me to achieve the above physical results, but more importantly through his training he has given me a new found lease on life, confidence and self-esteem. I will always be truly thankful for all that Kyle has done for me; I am forever in his debt.

I exercised for years on the same fitness program and eventually I become bored and injured through improper training and repetitive exercise. I knew I needed something different that is when I contacted Kyle. Now I no longer have any injuries and I love my varied fitness program.
Today I hear dialogue such as "drop your shoulder, soften your knees, then they are followed by, "look at your arms!" "you're getting stronger" "you've lost so much weight!". What a GREAT feeling. I am filled with gratitude and I will be a client of Multisport Fitness for LIFE!

I had the opportunity to train with Kyle in 2004. My workouts were non existent, I wasn't feeling all that great and I needed to get ready for ski season. Within a couple of months I was back in great ski condition.
Kyle was an awesome trainer. He had a wonderful personality, a great sense of humor and a tough workout regime. He took care to ensure that I did the exercises properly and had me doing things I never thought I was capable of doing. I would highly recommend Kyle as apersonal trainer.

Personal trainingwith Kyle Morrison has been an enlightening experience. With his tremendous energy, he makes every work-out challenging, TOUGH yet humorous and fun! He is a stickler for GOOD FORM, very knowledgeable and can assess your individual needs very quickly.
Through his encouragement, I have gained the willpower to reach for even greater fitness levels then I thought possible for myself. He always knows how hard too push to get the best work-out from you. I have been able to reach and maintain my goal weight of 118 lbs easily. In fact, far easier than I thought possible with his cross training, biking and core strength training sessions because they are simple awesome!
I am in better shape than I have been in for the last 20 years and I am so much more in tune with my body and what needs to strengthened or what I think I can achieve. He truly takes pride in your training and is fully vested in your goals, your success, and your achievements.
At the end of the day, the cost of apersonal traineris really insignificant because you cannot buy your health you can only obtain it through aGOOD TRAINER,personal dedication and commitment. You only have one body, one life and one go around so better yet to be healthy and fit journey.
