When I came to find a trainer, it was after having been on medical disability for five years. I was hesitant to begin again, as i had been very active prior to my illness. I knew it was going to be hard for me to take being slow slowly as i like to jump into things full-throttle.
Iris consulted with me, researched my illness, worked patiently with my slow pace, cheering my big(and small) improvements along the way. I have now been training with Iris for over 6 years and i will continue to meet with her.
The motivation, the caring, the cheerfulness, the guidance, and most of all the fun that we have during sessions have me hooked. I've also dramatically increased my endurance, my symptoms have virtually disappeared, and to boot, I've dropped 3 dress sizes! I wouldn't be where i am now without Iris Pinder cheering me on each and every sessions.

My experience with a personnel trainer was initiated with lower back pain. I was referred to a trainer at Multisport Fitness after having physio on my back. I found it was crucial to do my recommended exercises. I had not done regular workouts for a long time but had been active in a few sports.
My experience with the Multisport personnel trainers has been nothing but positive and I no longer struggle with lower back pain. As an almost senior it is so important to stay active everyday and the trainers at Multisport Fitness keep me on track.
